Shipping

Shipping is free. We currently ship within the United States only.

Every item is made to order, so orders take 2–5 business days to produce before they ship, plus transit time. Delivery estimates are estimates — we can't guarantee carrier timelines.

Two parcels: if you order several items, they may ship separately with separate tracking. That's our fulfillment partner's normal process, not an error.

Wrong address: if an order comes back because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we'll get in touch to arrange reshipment.

Lost in transit: if your order doesn't arrive, email contact@adperch.ai within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll sort it out.
