Returns and refunds

Every item is made to order, so we don't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, wrong size, or wrong color. Please check the size guide on the product page before ordering.

If something's wrong, we'll fix it. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, or if it never arrives at all, you're entitled to a free replacement or a refund — and you don't need to send anything back.

How to claim: email contact@adperch.ai within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. For a package that never arrived, within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If several items share the same fault, one photo showing them together is fine.

Claims made after 30 days can't be honored.
